Spacio Forma homes price includes all non-moving components, from structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC plus all other fix furniture and finishes. Additional equipment, loose furnishing and decorations are available as extra packages.
For cash payments:
10% DEPOSIT-There is a non-refundable fee of 10% of the retail price, which will be credited towards the 50% down payment.
40% DOWNPAYMENT- After the down payment and receive of the site related documents you home will go into production.
50% FINAL PAYMENT – Prior to shipping the home, it will be required to do the final 50% payment.

Spacio Forma homes are designed to meet local building codes for each and every region where we are officially present. In addition, our homes can be shipped to any part of the world were we don’t have an official representation under the responsibility of our clients to get the necessary approvals and building permits.
All necessary permits must be secured prior to the delivery and installation of the homes. In the countries where we are officially present, we will provide you assistance to do the procedures. In the countries without official representation, the building permit/s must be secured by the client or local contractor.

Spacio Forma are designed to comply with the international building codes in the territories that we operate around the world. As standard, our structures are designed to be earthquake resistant and to withstand extreme weather conditions.
Fabrication times depend on the house model, finishes and additional equipment packages selected; taking a minimum of 30 calendar days.
Installation time varies depending on the Spacio Forma model and other site-specific factors that may affect the installation process. The standard installation time ranges from 2 to 5 days.
With the supervision and coordination of a Spacio Forma technician, our homes are installed by the local contractors. In some territories, Spacio Forma also offer installations services.
